Quarry is a B2B tool. We collect what we need to run your account and deliver leads, we never sell your personal data, and the leads we deliver are aggregated from publicly available business listings.
Your account details (name, email, company), your searches, your billing details (handled by our payment processor, not stored by us), and basic usage/diagnostics to keep the service running.
Lead records are compiled from publicly listed business information (business name, address, public phone, website, public social handles). They are business contact details, not consumer personal data. You are responsible for using them in line with applicable marketing, anti-spam and data-protection laws (e.g. GDPR, the Australian Spam Act, CAN-SPAM).
To operate your account, run your searches, deliver and store your lists, process billing, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your account data.
We share data only with the infrastructure providers that run the service (hosting, database, payments) strictly to operate it.
Data is stored with our hosting provider using encryption in transit and at rest, with per-account access controls.
You can edit your details, export your lists, and delete your account and its data at any time by contacting us.
