By using Quarry you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Quarry compiles publicly available business listing information into lists for your outreach. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that every record is complete, current, or correct.
You agree to use delivered leads lawfully and in compliance with all applicable marketing, telemarketing, anti-spam, and data-protection laws in the regions you contact. You are solely responsible for your outreach. Do not use the service for harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
Different countries regulate cold outreach differently (consent, do-not-call registers, unsubscribe handling). It is your responsibility, not ours, to ensure your use is compliant. We may suspend accounts used unlawfully.
Plans include a monthly credit allowance (1 credit = 1 delivered lead). Custom-niche leads are billed per delivered lead. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime from your account.
Credits are consumed as leads are delivered. Unused subscription time is generally non-refundable except where required by law; reach out and we’ll be reasonable.
We work to keep the service available but provide it "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quarry is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for how you use the leads we deliver.
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. Last updated June 2026.
